Belinda O. Kirkegard is the new CEO of the National Entrepreneur Center which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. In Kirkegard's first 3 months, the organization earned the International Business Innovation Association (InBIA's) 2023 Entrepreneur Support Organization of the Year: Mixed Use Award and the Dinah Adkins Award in the Non-Technology category.
