» Thomas K. Sittema has been named CEO of CNL Financial Group, only the second CEO in the Orlando company’s more than 37-year history.

CNL founder James M. Seneff Jr. remains executive chairman, active in strategy and vision development. Sittema, a former investment banker with Bank of America, joined CNL in 2009.

» Skycross, a Viera-based developer and manufacturer of antennas for the mobile phone, home entertainment and computing industries, appointed wireless industry veteran Ben Naskar CEO and chairman. Naskar succeeded Dennis McKenna, who retired.
» Wendy Myers, president and chief medical officer of Florida Health Care Plans, has succeeded Edward Simpson as CEO following his planned retirement from the Holly Hill-based health maintenance organization.
