Oasis Outsourcing, the nation's largest privately held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), announced that Kerrin Jesson (left) has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, and Barbara Drames has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Benefits. Jesson, who joined the company in 1999, has held several high-level roles including Vice President of Financial Systems and Strategy. Drames has more than 20 years of experience in the PEO industry and was previously the Vice President of Benefits at Oasis.
