Andi Figart pulled up to the New Port Richey Library on Thursday morning to an unusual sight.

Yes, small clusters of people are often waiting outside the library in Pasco County before Figart, the director, comes to open the doors at 10 a.m. But this was different.

These people had lawn chairs.

They were waiting with a mission: to snag a pair of prized paper glasses that NASA has touted as the best, and safest, way to see Monday's solar eclipse.
