When retired U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Kyle Evans launched his security and risk management consulting firm REDCON Solutions Group in 2014, he was already well-acquainted with two skills entrepreneurs need -- discipline and the ability to adapt. He had practiced both while serving in the military as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Joining the UCF Business Incubator in Orlando would teach him another -- the value of collaboration. “This experience has been very beneficial.
