Florida ranks fourth for distressed-home sales
Florida ranks fourth in the nation for the share of distressed home sales, but the numbers are shrinking. Distressed sales, which include lender-owned real estate and short sales, accounted for 16.4 percent of total home sales in the state in April. [Source: Sarasota Herald-Tribune]
First medical marijuana available next week in Florida

While the Tampa Bay area has lead the state in garnering national attention as one of the best regions for craft beer lovers, the rest of the state is getting on board.
