CBO: Hurricane damage costs will increase faster than the economy

Costs associated with hurricane damage will increase by about $11 billion over the next several decades as a result of climate change and coastal development, the Congress Budget Office (CBO) estimated in a report released Thursday. [Source: The Hill]
