Any display set up by David Berman is cool.

Berman is an ice carver, and his business, Sculptured Ice Occasions, produces lavish ice pieces — from a complete bar to a billiards table and even a luge that pours drinks through ice slides.

Now Berman is busy preparing up for next month's opening of the Drinkhouse Fire and Ice Bar in Miami Beach. He's already produced 100,000 pounds of displays for the venture, from walls to sculptures.
