On Saturday, the Rays and partner Ruth Eckerd Hall will host country star Kacey Musgraves in their 70th postgame concert since 2007. For nine years, the concert series has been a bright spot amid hand-wringing over the Rays' attendance woes, drawing tens of thousands of additional fans to the Trop to see acts like the Beach Boys, ZZ Top, LL Cool J, Calvin Harris, Miranda Lambert and Train.
