USAA is a Fortune 500 company and leading provider of insurance, banking, investment and retirement products and services for the military community and their families. The company faced increased need from its members for products and services, so USAA chose to expand in Florida with the construction of a new large-scale facility that will create thousands of jobs and invest millions of dollars of capital into the Tampa Bay region. Once completed, the building will represent one of the largest built-to-suit office projects in Hillsborough County in 15 years.
For more than 40 years, Tampa has been a critical part of our success as an association. USAA’s expansion in this vibrant city marks an important step in broadening the impact that this community, and our employees who live and work here, will have as we continue in the pursuit of our mission to serve even more military families.
