Sometimes there really are economies of scale. And the nation’s health insurance exchanges may be a case in point. The states that resisted the Affordable Care Act — including Florida — ended up with the lowest per-person enrollee costs. Florida’s cost per enrollee was just $76. Gov. Rick Scott confirmed this morning that Northrop Grumman Corp. is the company behind "Project Magellan," which plans to bring up to 1,800 high-paying jobs to Melbourne. Northrop Grumman plans to add to its already extensive operations at Melbourne International Airport. More at Florida Today.
