“You can’t do anything without really great people, and so we try to make it an environment that is challenging and rewarding and provides them everything they need to further their career. My partners are involved in the community, and we promote staff to do that and promote them to enjoy what they’re doing. We try to walk the talk. We want them to work, but we don’t want them to work too much. I don’t think we have anyone who works 70 to 80 hours a week (with the exception of the week before April 15). We want a work/life balance.”
