“I have worked here 9½ years. I started at LexJet when I first graduated college. I was young and had no family and wasn’t married. I have grown with the company. For me, LexJet knows what it takes to keep an employee around. It’s work and personal life balance. So, for example, when I had my first child, things changed for me because I have to take him to day care. They offered me an opportunity to work from home and get a nanny and see my child during the day. Three days a week I opted to work from home. They gave me a computer and everything to go along with it. Why I have stayed here as long as I have is really the uniqueness of having full access to anything I want to learn about the business and LexJet and the ability to be mentored by two owners of the company.
