“The consultants have a goal that they have to make, and if they make it by Friday, we get out early. As soon as they make it, they’ll send an email out: ‘Everybody go home and have a great weekend.’ We’re actually allowed to have fun at work — it’s actually expected of us. We have an amazing Halloween party. We have a ‘Rock Your Body,’ which they do every year, which is to lose weight and get healthy, and the winner gets free health insurance for the following year, which is amazing. This past week, we had employee appreciation week. It’s a really intelligent company, I think, because they give to you. It really makes you work harder.”
