From its headquarters in Pasco County, the Launch Pad provides IT support services to small and mid-sized businesses across the country. CEO Ilene Rosoff founded the company in Tampa 20 years ago and moved it to Odessa in 2007. The company was recently included on the 2012 Florida Companies to Watch List put out by the Florida Economic Gardening Institute at the University of Central Florida.
