Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, a non-profit law firm that provides legal assistance to low-income people in 12 Florida counties, attracts recent law school graduates with an attractive benefits program that includes a student loan repayment program, guaranteed continuing education benefits, generous time off and health care coverage. The non-profit also prides itself on an all-inclusive hiring policy that encompasses sexual preference and gender identity. Larry Glinzman says the non-profit has many veterans on staff as well as employees with disabilities.
