>> Donald Trump is involved in a new five-star condo-hotel development planned on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The 24-story Trump International Hotel & Tower Fort Lauderdale will resemble a 1925 luxury cruise liner. Trump is working with New York-based developer Roy Stillman in partnership with resort and hotel development company Bayrock Group. Trump also is teaming up with Dezer Development and The Related Group of Florida to launch Trump Towers, an oceanfront condominium project in Sunny Isles Beach with 813 residences in three 45-story buildings.
>> Miguel Angel Barbagallo, a B Developments principal, is leading Terrazas International Group's new project, Terrazas River Park Village, which will have 324 residences in two towers on the Miami River west of downtown.
> The Patrinely Group recently acquired the historic Saxony Hotel in Miami Beach and plans to redevelop the oceanfront site as The Saxony Hotel Condominiums and 19-story Saxony Tower. Across Collins Avenue, the Houston developer plans The Residences at 3300 Collins.
>> Ritz-Carlton is embarking on its first private golf club community. The 285-acre Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa in Jupiter will feature a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and four levels of residences, including fractional ownership.
>> In Boca Raton, The Trump Group (principals Jules and Eddie Trump) recently opened sales for Luxuria, with residences from $4 million-plus to more than $20 million.
