Centerville partners Jon Kohler and Hurley Booth want to make their 975-acre community in northeast Leon County a role model in preserving nature. The project will provide 200 homesites while maintaining a 70% ratio of open space. As road-building began in mid-January, 120 lots had sold at an average of $250,000 each.
