The University of Miami ranked No. 2 on Computerworld magazine's list of the top 100 workplaces for information-technology professionals. The university -- the only academic institution to make the top five -- has placed in the top five for the last six years. Computerworld's "Best Places to Work in IT" ranking is based on a survey of information-technology employees.
