$471,700 -- Median sales price of existing condos in Fort Walton Beach in the third quarter of 2005.

$278,800 -- Median sales price in third quarter of 2006, 41% below the year-ago median.

$204,300 -- Average sales price statewide, down 3% from $210,900 a year ago.
