Anna Alexopoulos Farrar will join the Department of Financial Services as Communications Director. In this capacity, she will oversee the communications strategy for the department. Alexopoulos Farrar has more than 10 years of experience in public and private communications.

The Florida Chamber of Commerce announces David Strong, President & CEO of Orlando Health, has been appointed to a one-year term as the Florida Chambers’ Central Florida Regional Board Chair. Strong will represent the Florida Chamber in the Central Florida business community and connect area business leaders with resources to help make the Central area—and Florida—more competitive.

Chris Hart IV has been named CEO of Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers. Hart will lead the association as it enhances educational opportunities, raises its profile through amplified advocacy efforts, and seeks to deliver value-added services to members through innovation. Lee Health President and CEO Dr. Larry Antonucci has been named to the 2017-2018 Florida Hospital Association’s board of Trustees. Antonucci has nearly 35 years of leadership experience, both as a practicing obstetrician/gynecologist and as a health care executive, according to a release. He was named president and CEO of Lee Health in June. Prior to that, he was COO at the health system since 2011.

Matthew Linderman has been hired CEO and general manager of Boca West Country Club. He joined the club in 2005 and has worked as assistant food and beverage director, food and beverage director, club manager and assistant general manager. Red Lambda, a leading provider of cybersecurity software, has appointed Dr. Lewis M. Duncan as a member to its Board of Directors. Dr. Lewis M. Duncan currently serves as Provost of the U.S. Naval War College. Additionally, he continues as a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Center for the Advancement of Science in Space, responsible for managing the U.S. National Laboratory of the International Space Station. Donald McKenna has been named president and chief executive officer of Jupiter Medical Center. McKenna, 52, has been serving as president and of St. Mary’s Health Care System in Athens, Georgia since 2008. “My goal is to continue the growth and expansion of (JMC),” said McKenna, whose first day will be Jan. 15. “I want (JMC) to continue to be a part of the community.”

Brian E. Wolfburg has been selected as the new President/CEO of VyStar Credit Union. Wolfburg had been serving as Chief Operations Officer at the $7 billion Alaska USA Federal Credit Union in Anchorage, Alaska. With more than 20 years’ industry experience, Wolfburg has several areas of expertise, including risk management, strategic planning, member service and performance management.
