City of Port St. Lucie Building Department , Port St. Lucie

In an effort to establish an on-going collaborative relationship with Real Estate Professionals in the community, the City of Port St. Lucie's Building Department created the Realtor Assist Program. In this program, Real Estate Professionals are invited to learn about the services provided by the Building Department and to inform Realtors of relevant Rules and Regulations, changes to Local Ordinances, and Building Codes. In addition, the sessions are meant to help Realtors identify Red Flags which may identify work that has been done without a permit and other violations. With this program the Building Department has successfully trained over 1,400 Real Estate Professionals, the next scheduled class will be held in February 2018. [Pictured: Joel A. PNC Bank, N. A. has appointed Brian Bucher regional president of a newly created Port Cities region, encompassing Jacksonville, Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia. The introduction of the company's regional president delivery model will enhance its operations in the region, where it already has local employees in corporate banking, commercial banking, equipment finance and consumer lending. PNC's regional headquarters will be located in Jacksonville.

Brightline, All Aboard Florida's express inter-city train system, has named David Helfman as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships in preparation for the project's upcoming high-speed passenger rail service launch. Helfman previously served as director of corporate partnerships for the Miami Dolphins.

Ash Williams, chief investment officer and executive director of the Florida State Board of Administration, has been selected to receive the 2017 Lifetime Achievement Award from Chief Investment Officer at the eighth annual Industry Innovation Awards gala. Under Williams' guidance, the Florida Retirement Pension has gained more than $92.4 billion, outperforming its benchmark by $9.2 billion.

Tenet Health has appointed Tara McCoy as chief executive officer at Good Samaritan Medical Center. McCoy is a healthcare executive with proven skills in strategic development and physician recruitment who excels in the integration of strategy and vision in complex environments. She will be responsible for overseeing all strategic, operational and clinical activities at Good Samaritan.  McCoy was previously the service line administrator for Tenet's Florida Region and developed the Heart and Vascular Network.
