Another brilliant fusion of bright flavors from the Sushisamba gang and chef Timon Balloo. The menu surfs from the Caribbean all the way to the Far East with small plates, big cocktails and whole roasted chicken. Local fish crudo is trimmed with watermelon and jalapeno; waffles meet duck; and the Japanese grill is as clever as the sushi.
