JM Family Enterprises undertakes $150 million renovation at Deerfield Beach headquarters

JM Family is launching a three-year, $150 million complete campus renovation at their headquarters in Deerfield Beach.

A few key highlights of the undertaking:

• Consolidating the buildings and the campus footprint to the south end of Jim Moran Blvd to create a more collaborative, pedestrian-friendly atmosphere.
• A 20,000 sf sports complex with an outdoor amphitheater and green space.
• A 55,000 sf conference and training center and a two-story dining hall.
• New state-of-the-art facilities with modernized and eco-conscious design. 
• Project completion is anticipated for 2021.
