Andrew Diaz focuses his practice on representing business and property owners in eminent domain matters. He is a frequent lecturer and author on the topic of eminent domain, and has served as program chair and on the faculty of several eminent domain conferences. Currently, Mr. Diaz is the Steering Committee Chair for the Florida Eminent Domain Practice and Procedure Manual published by The Florida Bar.
Mr. Diaz is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell and was named the 2016 Eminent Domain and Condemnation “Lawyer of the Year” by Tampa’s Best Lawyers. He is also perennially recognized by numerous publications, including Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, Florida Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America.
