Cary Gaylord has been practicing law and representing landowners for 40 years. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has tried eminent domain cases to verdict throughout Florida as well as in Florida federal courts and in the state courts of Georgia and Illinois. He served as a past-chairman of The Florida Bar Eminent Domain Committee and as a member of the 13th Judicial Circuit Nominating Commission and the 13th Circuit Grievance Committee. In addition to inclusion in Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, Mr. Gaylord has been named to Best Lawyers in America and was named Eminent Domain and Condemnation “Lawyer of the Year” in 2011 by Tampa’s Best Lawyers. He has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyer Magazine and in 2013 was selected as one of the “Top 100 Lawyers in Florida.” He holds Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for legal skill and professional ethics.
