Andrew G. Diaz represents business and property owners in eminent domain and property rights litigation matters throughout Florida.

Prior to attending Stetson University College of Law, he practiced as a state certified real estate appraiser. Mr. Diaz is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney and a certified Circuit Court and Appellate Court Mediator.

He currently serves as the Chair of the Steering Committee for The Florida Bar’s Eminent Domain Practice and Procedures Manual and is the Executive Director of the Tampa Bay American Inn of Court. He has served as the Vice Chair of the Eminent Domain Committee of The Florida Bar and the Steering Committee of the FSU Real Estate Trends & Networking Conference.

He has lectured and has published numerous articles on the topic of eminent domain, property rights and mediation and has also lectured at Florida State University College of Business and St. Petersburg College.
