Premier Eye Care: Best Small Company - No. 6

What do you like best about your company?

Lorna Taylor
CEO
Tampa - Insurance

“Edward Deming talked a lot of about employees being self-directed and continuous improvement and immediate feedback. We really believe that work is where you find your personal and professional identity. It’s your outlet for innovation. It’s where you find purpose. We pay at the high end of the market. We give a monthly allowance for wellness and health. Over the last 10 years, we’ve given over $1.5 million to organizations in Florida. We also participate in lots of races and walks and things for causes. Things we do together outside work time are wonderful for team building and also make us feel part of something that is greater.”
