“It’s the best job I’ve ever had. They care about me and my family. The pay structure is very fair. They reward performers. At a lot of places, they get somebody, they use them up and get somebody else. Part of the way they judge me is staff retention. I’m supposed to grow my business and grow my people. It’s a very employee-centered company. They give me a discretionary bonus fund. If I see somebody doing what it takes to make us successful, I reward those people by sending them in for a bonus.”
