Hyatt Regency Coconut Point: Best Large Company - No. 10

What do you like best about your company?

Neil Swetz, Guest services manager
Bonita Springs - Hospitality

“There’s just this sense when you walk into this building of a family atmosphere. You just feel like you’re home. We kind of have a rule that you greet employees as you would the guests. It all extends down from our leadership team and leadership committee. If we show it to our employees, it shows to our guests. They do offer complimentary room nights for employees by availability. It lets you see what other Hyatts are doing and it lets you travel and it’s a phenomenal perk. Everyone’s equal, and everybody plays a big role in the success of the hotel.”

  • A) It's a tax
  • B) It's not a tax - only tapping natural increases in revenue
