Military veterans make up the majority of the workforce at CTI Resource Management Services, a Jacksonville company that provides staffing for companies that have contracts with various branches of the military. The government contractor, which was founded in 2003 by retired Navy veteran Chris Imbach, does much of its recruiting through the unemployment agency Work Source, veterans job fairs and the local naval base outsourcing programs. It also works with Wounded Warrior Project and posts job openings to other websites that cater to veterans. The company hired 23 employees in Florida in 2011.
