Our healthcare costs have been flat for the last four years. Healthcare costs can be held down. You have to think out of the box and do things a little differently. We have been very creative over the last 14 or 15 years, and our hope is that there are those who may wish to replicate our program. They may call us for assistance. It is somewhat puzzling to me that so few companies have attempted to do what we are doing.
