» Jackie Moalli has joined Parrish Group in Tallahassee as managing director. Formerly vice president of St. Joe Commercial, she earlier worked for Walt Disney Co. and was responsible for developing the commercial component of the town of Celebration.

» Tallahassee Community College President Bill Law has selected Teresa Smith as vice president of administration and CFO. Smith was formerly senior vice president at Piedmont Technical College in Greenwood, S.C. She replaces Glendon Forgey, who left TCC in December to become president at Trinity Valley (Texas) Community College.
