» Leslie Hielema, managing director at information technology firm ProLogic in Indiana, has been named president of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce. Hielema, an engineer, replaces Jacob Stuart, who now leads the Central Florida Partnership. The chamber is a unit of the partnership.
