Erica Rutner opened the Florida office of Moore & Lee, which aspires to quality service with the efficiency and care of a small firm. Her commercial litigation experience includes health care and product liability. She works with public companies in high stakes litigation and is valued for her ability to do so cost-effectively. Her class actions often involve Fortune 500 companies. Rutner co-chairs a subcommittee to the American Bar Association’s mass torts committee.
