Government affairs and public policy partner Felicia Nowels, at Am Law 100 firm Akerman, leads the U.S. Customs, international trade and federal regulatory practice. Her goal is business solutions to clients’ global issues; she is fluent in several languages. She is Florida Bar board-certified in International Law, represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Commerce Department, and advises clients on actions before the Food and Drug Administration and the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Nowels is on the board of the Tallahassee Ballet.
