Neale Montgomery is a partner with Southwest Florida’s Pavese Law. She specializes on agriculture and environmental issues related to development; advises the county on land-use issues such as zoning; represents clients before municipalities; and helped transform Lee County in her work on big real estate developments and initial plans for Florida Gulf Coast University. Clients, associates and the community benefit from her 44 years of legal experience. She is on the board of the FGCU Foundation and a member of the Florida Bar.
