At boutique Pittman Law Group, four Florida offices, Opal McKinney-Williams represents government and education entities. She has defended against alleged violations of the public records act and advises on governance and election law. She represents the school boards of Leon County and Wakulla County and is a member emeritus of the Florida School Board Attorneys Association. McKinney-Williams is a Florida Bar board-certified specialist in Education Law and a member of the Links, an invitation-only organization of prominent Black women in the U.S.
