Jany Martínez-Ward is a founding and managing partner of The Ward Law Group, a Florida firm representing car accident victims. She oversees 15 managers and 140 employees. As a teen she immigrated with her mother to the U.S., saw the barriers faced and experienced the legal system challenges. She represents Hiemic clients and leads the pre-litigation team that helps with everything from paperwork to counseling. She negotiates directly with insurance companies and ensures just compensation for financial losses, work interruptions and emotional distress.
