At Greenberg Traurig, Tracy Gerber is co-managing shareholder in West Palm Beach. She co-chairs the national broker-dealer securities litigation practice, is part of the labor and employment practice and on the global litigation executive committee. She has tried 50-plus arbitrations to final award and assembled a national database of more than 3,500 arbitrators. She teaches at the Wharton School. Gerber mentors, often women, and was a pioneer in balancing family and career, first working part-time for the firm when her children were very young.
