At Donnelly + Gross, a labor and employment law boutique, Laura Gross is co-principal. For more than 30 years she has been a leader in public sector labor law. She protects small businesses and big corporations, first responders and pension funds. She addressed the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar; an arbitrator, she seeks dispute resolution through advice. Gross is a fellow in the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers. She worked pro bono in a First Amendment victory over the University of Florida.
