Gina Grimes, a partner at Bradley, leads the national firm’s Florida land-use practice. Prior to Bradley, Grimes was an attorney for the city of Tampa. Her tenure secured experience in zoning, platting, fees, preservation, incentives, regulations and more. Among her projects: annexation of a 24-square-mile area now called New Tampa, population 57,000, jobs 27,000. Grimes knows local government from emergency management to public records. She also has 15 years’ experience in private practice and speaks on land-use issues at Florida Bar seminars.
