Megan Fry, a shareholder at Northwest Florida firm Clark Partington, led its commercial litigation department. She is on the Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section and centers her practice on business dissolution, property and shareholder disputes, and real estate litigation in Florida and Alabama. She represents owners and financial institutions. Fry is vice-chair for the Children’s Home Society of Florida – Western Division and a past president of NAIOP Northwest Florida. She is on the boards of the UWF Foundation and Florida’s Great Northwest.
