One of the five members of the executive board responsible for leading Tampa Bay area firm Trenam Law is shareholder Lara Fernandez. She is Florida Bar board-certified in Business Bankruptcy and has defended many litigation matters against financial institutions. Fernandez also represents fiduciaries and private equity groups in business reorganizations, bankruptcy litigation and loan modifications. Since 2017 she has been on the board of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. She is on the board of nonprofit Champions for Children.
