Elizabeth Ferguson defends developers and design professionals against claims of liability at Marshall Dennehey, a Philadelphia-based civil defense litigation firm. For decades she has represented clients in construction litigation, one of a handful of women board-certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar. She speaks often on construction law and mentors young attorneys. Ferguson is a past president of the Jacksonville Bar Association, has served as a professor of construction law, and has volunteered with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
