Stephenie Anthony is a founding member and managing partner of Anthony and Partners, offices in Tampa and Bartow. She is a trial lawyer focused on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy law and commercial litigation. Practice areas also include lender liability, representing fiduciaries, and creditor-debtor litigation in breach of contract and foreclosures. She is a past president of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association and makes presentations to bank clients. Anthony is on the leadership council of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.
