Brent Zimmerman is chief legal officer and on the board of directors at Miller Electric Company, a full-service provider of electrical and technology infrastructure that employs 3,250. Zimmerman advises management and directors regarding contract review, drafting and negotiation, risk management, insurance coverage, employment and real estate matters, corporate compliance, acquisitions, licensure and dispute resolution. He is board-certified in construction law by The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Prior to joining Miller Electric Company, Brent gained experience in private practice with law firms ranging in size from a large, full-service international firm to a Jacksonville-based construction litigation boutique.
