As manager of a firm where 75% of lawyers and 90% of staff belong to minority groups, Jorge Mestre is a mentor and advocate for diversity and inclusion. The firm has offices in Florida and New York, and Mestre is president of the Hispanic National Bar Foundation, which helps with access to higher education. He has been active in the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and has done pro bono work through CABA and Legal Services of Greater Miami, including representing unaccompanied minors from Central America.
