In addition to managing the Miami office of DLA Piper, Joshua Kaye chairs the firm’s U.S. healthcare sector, focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, and lectures and writes articles on healthcare regulatory issues affecting physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers and other ancillary healthcare providers. His pro bono efforts include the National Center for Refugee and Immigrant Children and Women in Distress. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
