As managing partner of Donnelly & Gross, Laura Gross has guided the employment law firm’s growth. She works to understand what makes each workplace unique and focuses on the prevention and resolution of labor and employment disputes through risk management and litigation management. Gross, a fellow in the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers, serves as the primary written voice for her firm’s clients from the Keys to the Panhandle. Her pro bono work includes representing six professors against the University of Florida.
